This company answers promptly to the customers issues. They care about the customers. They are also very honest and reliable. The only thing is the delivery time, my package took way too long to arrive, but that issue is beyond their control.

When I ordered the battery I accidentally ordered a second. This order was cancelled immediately but was sent anyway. As it turned out it was the wrong part number for what I required so it was returned and the postage was refunded without fuss.
