General:

My battery arrived in about a week. This was as advised as they don’t keep them in stock so that you don’t get sent an old battery that may have degraded. It was also in the build up to Christmas so I actually expected it to take longer.

About the product:

The battery sent was the correct one for my device which is not a very well known one in the UK. I had tried replacing it before and ordering what I thought was the correct battery From a different supplier but it was a smaller version that didn’t last very long between charges. It was very helpful to know this company knew which one to send me. I have used it lots of times now and it lasts all day which is how my device worked when I first got it. It means I do not have to charge it up at lunchtime now. A new device would cost over £200 so £17.99 was a good price to revitalise my old one. I will use them again if I ever need to replace another battery.
