I have been totally satisfied with the service you had provided. As you know my first battery that you have sent was not operating properly i.e. it was not possible to charge it. I had decided to do nothing and assumed / accepted it as just a bad luck. But you have asked me by mail if I were satisfied after a short while and I have described the situation and your company immediately send me a new one which is operating properly.
